What is the role of the Model QA Process, and how does it interact with the client?

The Model QA Process serves as a business process for quality assurance activities within the AI4EAM framework. It is a Business Process (stereotype: BusinessProcessMMB) located in the KI4UAM package and supports the AI supported Model QA capability at the Strategy level.

Model QA Process

Role of the Model QA Process

The process is realized by the AI driven model QA application service and includes the following key tasks:

  • Accept QA - Quality assurance acceptance activities
  • Plan QA Process - Planning of quality assurance activities
  • Perform QA - Execution of quality assurance tasks

The process currently has no defined flow steps, indicating it is a high-level process definition without detailed activity flows yet.

Client Interaction

The process interacts with the Client through a direct dependency relationship ("wird benötigt von"). The Client is modeled as an unspecified Business Role that requires the Model QA Process. The interaction flow shown in the diagram includes:

  1. Formulate Work Order - Client initiates the process
  2. Accept Plan - Client reviews and accepts the QA plan
  3. Accept QA - Client accepts the quality assurance results

Key Stakeholders and Interactions

  1. Client - Direct dependency relationship requiring the process
  2. UA Consultant - Also connected as a required role
  3. Model QA (Business Service) - The process is required by this service
  4. Quality Assurance (Glossary Item) - The process depends on this concept
  5. AI driven model QA (Application Service) - Realizes the process

The model shows the Model QA Process as a strategic quality assurance mechanism that the Client requires, supported by AI-driven services and executed through defined QA tasks.
